Member of the Month

Carol Van Gysel

Carol Van Gysel, a resident of Crafton, is a fairly new member to our congregation, having joined our church about seven months ago.

Carol works at Medmark Specialty Pharmacy in Carnegie where she does insurance verification. The company services chronically ill patients with their specialty medications.

She has a son, David, who is a plumber for the union.

Carol’s favorite hymn is “The Old Rugged Cross,” and her favorite part of the Bible is the 23^rd Psalm.

In her free time, Carol enjoys reading and sewing.

Carol says that she is grateful for all the wonderful activities the church provides, and she is especially excited about what the church does for the youth of the area. She particularly enjoys the relationships she has developed with her “adopted sons,” Joe and Andrew, and her “adopted daughter,” Danielle.
